Industrial Air Cooler for Cold Room Refrigeration

The air coolers of  SDD Type series are equipment to lower temperature for warehouse cooling used with the  refrigeration units.It can be divided into threes series by the usage temperature:DL Series,DD Series and DJ Series.They are used in different temperature of the warehouse.The DL Series air cooler is mainly suitable for fresh storage of about O degrees.The SDD Series air cooler is mainly suitable for the cold storage of minus 18 degrees,and the DJ Series air cooler is mainly suitable for the quick-freezing storage of minus 25degrees.

Product features

• The shell is made of high-quality steel plate,which is corrosion-resistant and beautiful in appearance;

• The coil is made of high-quality copper tube and mechanically expanded tube.After expansion,the copper tube and fin fit tightly,and the cooling effect is good;

• Stainless steel tubular heating pipe with strong insulation is selected,which has reasonable distribution,short defrosting time and good effect;

• The air tightness test of coil is conducted under 2.5MPa air pressure to ensure the sealing of product pipeline;

• Nonstandard design can be carried out according to customer requirements.
